Guest Access

Guests have complete access to the entire house, excluding the cleaning closet. The garage is available for guest use, but a remote opener is not provided. Enjoy all the listed amenities! You'll receive a personal access code (the last four digits of the phone number associated with your reservation) to enter the front door from 4 PM on your check-in date until 10 AM on your check-out date.

The neighborhood itself is known for its tranquility, making it a perfect base for your Sedona explorations.

Greetings! We aim to ensure a pleasant stay for you, and we are available to assist with any inquiries you may have. The preferred method of communication is through the messaging, where we typically respond within an hour. We trust you will have an enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Other things to note

Our neighborhood is a safe and quiet, so we ask all guests to be very respectful of their noise levels while staying at the Mountain Shadows Escape, and comply to the dark sky code with all outside lights out by 10pm as well.

The Spa technician comes Monday typically between 9am and 12pm to service the spa, and often checks the cleanliness of it on Friday afternoon to keep the hot tub clean for guests. No action is needed, he will walk around through the gate and wont be there long. Just don't be surprised!

Sedona is a desert, so there is an abundance of wildlife, bugs and pests. We pull every stop with pest control and deterrent, however, there will always be a presence outside our control. We recommend to leave gates, doors, and screen-less windows closed. Always pay attention to your surroundings.

Getting Around

Getting around Mountain Shadows Escape is easy! Free parking is available in the driveway for your convenience. For those flying in, Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) is approximately a 1-hour drive. While public transport is limited in Sedona, ride-sharing services are readily available for exploring the area. The vibrant Uptown Sedona, with its shops and restaurants, is just a short drive away (5-10 minutes), making it simple to enjoy everything Sedona has to offer.

Tucked away among the desert wilderness, this 2-bedroom oasis will have you leaving all your stress behind as you travel beyond the city and toward unlimited peace and serenity. Once you arrive, leave the bags behind, pour a glass of wine, and head out to the deck to soak in the fresh air and panoramic vistas, feeling yourself relax completely among the comfortable seating.
